I love creating these recipes for my 6.5m old son, who loves eating them! This book was recommended to me by a friend and I'm so glad I bought it.

So far this has been an awesome guide for making my babies first puree meals. I'm looking forward to when he is older and can eat the other fun recipes.

New Zealand Lamb As A First Food — Beef + Lamb New Zealand

First meal from the recipe book and my baby absolutely loved it! Great start to his solids journey! Julie has given me the confidence from both her books and I look forward to buying and reading the nourished toddler when he approaches that age.

It’s nice to have healthy recipes that make it easy for this first time mum! So happy and they are super yummy for me as well.

Such great ideas on introducing a variety of foods to baby. Easy and affordable snack and meal ideas that are healthy. Definitely recommend

What Mummy Makes By Rebecca Wilson

I made something from this every single week - it was awesome to have inspiration for new and different purees to make. I wouldn't have thought of half of the things in here. The teething rusk recipe is a big hit, our toddler of 16 months still absolutely loves them - we have a constant batch in our freezer.

I love the first bites section because it helps me think about the foods I can introduce to my daughter. I have already given her some allergen foods to ensure she isn't reacting before making a full meal. The recipes are great in puree styles as well BLW options. I have also gotten the baby food maker to make my life easier. I haven't tried it yet but I have tried one recipe which is amazing.

Recently added to my book collection thank you Julie and team!!! Super excited and having a lot of fun trialling a new recipe or two each week (which is huge for me, I wouldn’t usually try a new recipe a year let alone each week!!!). Julie has given me the confidence to make all my baby food from scratch as well as one on one consult to assist with my toddlers food antics. Can’t quite put into words what it’s meant for my food journey, thank you, thank you, thank you!!

The Big Book Of Organic Baby Food, Stephaniems Rd Cdn Middleberg

Grain free rusks made and in the freezer for my 8 month old who is teething and fiercely determined to hold his food and eat himself! Loving this book and the BLW recipe ideas!

I’ve bought this for my daughter in Mexico so until we get there in August she can’t comment but reading through it looks delightful and I know she will be wanting to share the recipes.

Really easy to follow, simple recipes for even novice cooks. Have made a few things from it now and baby loves them all

Top 10 Baby Led Weaning Recipes

I almost have the whole collection of cookbooks now! This one was my bible when introducing solids to my 1st born and I still use it now he’s two. I have just brought feed the tribe & i’m excited to have some new nourishing recipes in my toolkit

My babe is still a bit young but I wanted to be prepared! I’ve already tabbed the recipes I’m excited to try out, and I know they won’t just be for baby they look delicious! I am wondering if there’s a decent substitute for coconut tho as it gives him a poorly tummy through my breast milk??

I am a first time mum and had no idea how to introduce solids to my 6 month old. I purchased the nourished baby as well as the baby & toddler cookbook and both books have been a godsend!

Annabel Karmel's Superfoods For Babies And Children By Annabel Karmel

After reading the Nourished Baby and loving it, I decided we needed the cookbook as well. As a healthcare professional myself I get so excited when I find evidence based parenting concepts/programs. My little one hasn’t yet started on solids but I am so excited to give her the best start by encouraging good gut health. My husband is a chef and is also looking forward to trying these recipes in a mixed baby led weaning and purée approach.

This book has some great recipes. I made the sausage rolls and froze them to pull out for easy health lunch! Baby loves it and the freeze so well. Also made the chocolate icecream. 5 year old loved air and thought it was better than tip top haha

I love the recipes, my toddler really liked these cashew and carrots balls and he is not a veggie eater, so thanks so much Dr Julie for it!

Was very happy with the book. I gave it as an Xmas present but as our grandson River is only 8 weeks it hasn't been used.......but read through by his parents.

I bought this for my daughter on recommendation from my daughter in law who has a 1 year old. She loves it and her son absolutely loves the food.

I really love that book! I usually start away from books cause I don't end up making the recipes, but this one is so well used, we have tried almost everything already. So happy to have so many grain free and sugar free ideas.
